Kai-Marc Regenold

The Baden-Baden Art Deco dealer Kai-Marc Regenold is considered a pearl diver in the world of Art Deco. Like no other, he knows how to bring Art Deco gems from the last hiding places in France, from lamps and sculptures to home furnishings, back to the light of day. Kai-Marc Regenold, born in 1966, had his first apprenticeship in stylish Art Deco furnishings at the age of 17 with one of Germany's best addresses for antiques and Art Deco at the time, Peter Liebmann, who unfortunately died in 1999.

Here he learned the feeling for the special and a sure feeling in the area of buying and selling. In 1989, he set up his own small store in Baden-Baden. The number of customers who appreciated Kai-Marc Regenold's nose for the extraordinary with a good price-performance ratio grew quickly. In 1999, he moved his business to Sophienstrasse 26 in the center of Baden-Baden. Since then, he has been operating one of the best-assorted Art Deco stores in Germany on an area of 250 square meters.

In the meantime, customers come not only from Germany, but also from the USA, Russia, England and even Switzerland to furnish themselves with Art Deco pieces at Kai-Marc Regenold. Also some dealer colleague becomes with Ihm fündig. Another specialty is to furnish whole houses and offices for his customers in a stylish way.

For some years now, he has been exclusively managing the two French luxury manufacturers Lalique and Christofle in Baden-Baden. He visibly enjoys showing you the special glass objects and silver pieces. One or the other customer he suggests to visit the Lalique Museum in Wingen Sur Moder, which was opened in 2010. (Driving time from Baden-Baden approx. 60 minutes)

His wife Sandrine and the children give him encouragement and strength at all times.

"Nice that such oases of style and good taste still exist ."
